All that sparkles
Amongst shelf-after-shelf of hyped-up energy drinks and corn-syrup-soaked soda pop at the local gas station, I expected to find at least one bottle of carbonated water (aka ’sparkling mineral water’). Alas, not one bottle of La Croix, Perrier nor Pellegrino—not even an off-brand— was to be found. Not one!
