- overflow from other firms with projects that aren’t big enough for them or they’re too busy for
- co-promotion opportunities to pay for it, e.g. the PUNC’T poster project: raised money, everyone benefited
- do web audits as a ‘value add’ when meeting with a prospective client

Learn from your mistakes
- debrief after each success and failure
